- Merchandise is eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges and duties paid) if returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags.
- All items must be accompanied with original packaging slip.
- Any item(s) marked on sale are eligible for store credit only.
- Any item(s) purchased using a promotional code are eligible for store credit only.
- Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- All gift card purchases are final sale.
- If an item appears damaged upon delivery please email us immediately with a photo.
- Gift cards and store credits expire within 1 year after issue date.
If a return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their cost. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, missing tags, or late date. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, before sending in your return. We no longer offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color/etc. please follow the return instructions for a refund/store credit. Then place a new order for the different size/color/etc. you would like.
